SHOPPING PROCESS

Step 1: CHOOSE YOUR TICKETS

Click on “TICKET” and then choose “TICKET PURCHASE” next to the event of your choice.

You can choose your seats directly in the interactive seating plan. When you click on to the area of your choice you will be zoomed in. In the navigation window you can enlarge or reduce the scale and scroll the area chosen. Now choose your seats by clicking on a seat.

ATTENTION: the chosen tickets will be reserved for you for 15 minutes in the shopping cart after which the reservation is expired. You can only choose a maximum of 10 tickets.

Like in a real supermarket, you can collect different articles in your shopping cart before you go to the cash desk to pay for them all. You can directly access the shopping cart from anywhere by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top of the page. In the status bar the total number of tickets already reserved and any other chosen items are shown. Individual items can be removed from the shopping cart at any time. Once you’re satisfied with the chosen items in your shopping cart, please use button “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” to continue. 

Step 2: DELIVERY INFORMATION 

Please enter your personal data (name, email and telephone number), delivery address, type of the ticket (printed ticket or electronic ticket) and then choose your desired delivery type (pickup or MPL courier delivery) and.payment method. Please specify your invoice address and click on the button below to proceed.

Step 3: SUMMARY OF ORDER

In this step appears again a summary of your complete order including tickets, items, delivery fees, invoice and delivery addresses, payment and delivery methods. Please check all these carefully. To now complete your order, click on “PAY WITH CREDIT CARD”. With this step your order is binding and the amount will be booked from e.g. your credit card.

Step 4: PURCHASE CONFIRMATION

You now receive an email that your order was successfully completed, including your order number. You can print the confirmation of your order immediately by clicking the printer symbol. In case you chose E-Ticket, you can also print your ticket attached to your confirmation email.
